I really had an amazing experience in this cooking class. Our two cooking teachers were super nice & funny. We were a very relaxed group of 4 kids and 6 adults. We got some appetizers and the started with the original Italian Tiramisu and afterwards we kneaded our own pasta dough to prepare Tonnarelli and some kind of Tortelloni. After prepping the pasta we learned how to cook the sauces Cacio e peppers, Carbonara ans my favorite all’amatriciana. Everything was delicious and accompanied with nice vine. Great course and amazing chef with solid knowledge and patience to explain the little things that would make the difference. My advice is to take notes during the course of all what chef says.
